Don't worry hun - everyone has bad weeks - if you look at the stats of people who have been on it for a good few weeks, some of them stay the same or even put on a lb or two for no apparent reason in one random week, but then they carry on losing as expected in the following weeks. Don't let it get you down and remember Lipotrim isn't an exact science - the rate of loss isn't guaranteed BUT just remember that you will lose weight SO much quicker on this diet than most - most diets, if you stick to them religiously, help you drop a single lb per week if you're lucky. This diet is more like 4 or 5lbs per week on average, so even if you do have a week here or there where you don't lose, when you look at the bigger picture you are still heading in the right direction and pretty quickly!
Stay positive as much as you can and look for the positive in everything because if you slip into negativity, that's when you're more likely to cheat and end up in a vicious circle of being upset with yourself and being more likely to turn to food and/or give up. Remind yourself why you're doing this and that there will be ups and downs and the occasional 'red herring' week where you don't lose but in the end it will be SO worth it that you stayed strong through the bad times.
