Well, I've lost another 7lbs this week! I'm guessing that is water loss from TOTM but can I change my goal? I'd like to lose another 7lbs before Valentine's Day.

This has been the worst week for my diet!! Going out drinking 4 nights out of 7 and eating out 3 nights out of 7!! uh oh.. not looking forward to my weigh in tomo!! next week im going to be uber healthy and do Zumba for an hour and half every day :|

Ive STS this week which is understandable after the indulgent weekend I had haha. This week is back on track and looking forward to updating a decent loss next monday.

So i had a terrible week last week n put on 2lbs partying is not good wen ur on a diet, but i weighed myself this morning n iv lost the 2lbs i put on plus an extra 1lb. Just another 7 to go with 2 weeks to go..
