Valentines day challenge

This week Ive lost 4lb :) I'm elated. Im not really following a diet plan. I'm sort of following slimming world but with a bit more calorie counting and more focus on portion control. Give me something unlimited and tell me I can eat as much of it as I want and theres no stopping me ;) haha. xxxx

Well day 1 of my special k diet! So far so good! Not hungry at all. Bit nervous about this week cos im going out on Thursday AND Friday, which means loads of alcohol and resturant food.. Got a feeling thats going to put a huge dent in my weight loss this week but im going to stay positive and motivated and try to gear myself towards salads and water while im out.
 
I'd like to join the challenge.
Currently 12 st 5lbs. Does 11st 10lbs sound realistic by valentines day?
 
Absolutely hoz, thats 9lbs you want to lose. If you aim for a 2-3lb loss per week you can hit your goal! Remember motivation and perceverance (cant spell!)

Well week one of this challenge down, 2lbs off, was hoping for more but 12lbs left to go. Its great motivation to keeping going on this site.

I know you all started this a week ago but I'd like to join this :)

Im 14.7 stone and it would be lovely to get to 13.7 by 14th of February. Mmy boyfriend has just gone to sea for 5 weeks he is due back on the 16th it would be so nice for him to see a difference when we do valentines day then!

Hi Becca, the hypnotherapy is great. I've said this before about other diets and I'm really worried it will stop working when I finish my course BUT I've lost nearly 11lbs in two weeks without really trying.

When I say that I mean I still have to make good choices but they are much easier.

On Wednesday I ate two Roses chocolates and felt sick all afternoon. That was my first chocolate since starting the course. I didn't really enjoy them and am not craving chocolate (those two would have normally been the start of eating a LOT of chocolate, crisps, sweets etc).
