Hi all!!
I started ww 4 weeks ago!! and i must say im really enjoying it. I find it pretty easy to stick to even with a husband who loves take away and a child that loves cheese and chocolate hehe!!
My goal is to get back to my pre pregnacy weight of 8 stone i would say i'd be happy with 9 but i can imagine i'll get to 9 stone and wanna be 8 so im setting it at 8 hopefully by christmas. I have set myself mini challenges to make it seem less haha!! so my first is 9st 7lb only 6lb to go!! i WILL get there by the end of the month! also since i had my son i gave up pretty much all exercise so hubby bought me a bike and up untill the weather got bad i was doing a 5 mile cycle 5 times a week!! and boy have i seen a change in my body shape!! yay hehe!! also got myself a workout dvd so now the colder weather has set in i plan to do that mon-fri once the little dude has gone to school!!
