I make a home made veg soup using 1 heaped tsp of veg bouillion, 400g pack of broccoli and cauliflower, garlic powder, 1 red chilli and one onion. I fry the onion and chilli in 4 sprays of fry light then add veg and stock. Once cooked blended till smooth. It makes two good sized servings. Is this 0 pp. Hope it is as tastes lovely.

We were told in class if you make a soup of free veg with just stock (some stock cubes are 1p) then its free but think if you eat over 5 portions of fruit and veg in a day you need to add a point (still new at this too :))
 
Hi , I've had an official response from WW on pointing veg, if its zero point you do not point it at all.. I think some leaders were trying to encourage portion awareness but have accidentally caused confusion. If I've used a stock cube I do add a pp on.. just so I am aware of it.

That is a great help thank you. I make a batch every other day and have it for lunch with 3 rivitas and 2 laughing cow. Delicious.
