Vegetarians

Oh and I get really fed up when the vegetarian options always involve cheese, a lot of which isn't veggie friendly due to the rennet. I'm so fed up of going to meetings or conferences where I'm asked if I have any dietary requirements and you get cheese sandwiches, cheese and coleslaw sandwiches, mini cheese pizzas and cheese and tomato sandwiches! I even started to say that I was vegan in the hope that they would provide something non-cheesy but now they don't bother with anything! I take my own packed lunch now - it's more important that I'm happy with my food choices than what anyone else thinks of me.

I don't think SW recommends Mullerlights over over yoghurts. There are yoghurts which are vegetarian friendly and equally as syn-free including Danone Activia Fat Free, Shape Feel Fuller for Longer and Onken Fat Free. You only need to avoid the strawberry varieties in the first two of these are they are coloured with cochineal.

If you go onto there main site and have a look at the free trial menu they are listed as the snacks you can have for the days and even included in one of the breakfasts but they do put this disclaimer at the bottom

* for a vegetarian alternative to Müllerlight Yogurt, use very low fat natural yogurt sweetened to taste with artificial sweetener.*

I do eat them I like the chocolate one but i normally get the fuller for longer ones as they are lovely and creamy and do keep you fuller for longer.

I get the activa fat free (not strawberry though because they have insects under the guise of cochineal) and they are always on offer in Asda 2 packs of 4 for £3.

I'll tell you what annoys me! Now I'm not a veggie, but whilst on plan I only eat chicken. So when I go out I look for a veggie option and it's always either salad or a plain jacket potato! What's that all about? Like people who don't eat meat veggies/vegans/lactosentolarent and so on can't go out?! What do these people think that the above don't like going out?! Geez!

My friend is a vegan and she is highly allergic to any thing dairy so she very rarely goes out she ends up having chips if she goes out any were its not good.
