Veggies pp's

I have been pointing my veggies that I buy pre-packed ie m&s carrot, cauliflower & broccoli 400g with nutrition info comes up as 4pp, but my friend who is also doing ww says I don't need to point them as the ingredients on back state only carrots (44%) Cauliflower (28%) Broccoli (28%) there are no other ingredients stated and I steam them, it makes logical sense but I have been using the nutrition info on the back to point them and include it. should I carry on doing this or point them as 0pp?

same with the birds eye steam packs I point the whole pack as well even though only the sweetcorn has pp's (in the corn carrots & broccoli one)

with the steam packs, unless you want to pick out the sweetcorn and weigh it, I would point it as per the tracker or nutritional info. On the tracker, 1 135g bag of the brocolli, carrots and corn is 1pps.

As for the mixed veg, as long as the ingredients are just carrots, cauli and broccoli and there's no butter or anything, I would count it as 0.
