This is really simple, and probably really obvious. But I've just discovered the mix of raspberries, 0% fat free yoghurt and sweetener replacement for sprinkable sugar.
50g Raspberries (100g is .5 points) so roughly .25 pts
3 Tablespoons 0% Fat Free Greek Yoghurt is 0.5 pts
Fairly generous sprinkle of Splenda (or alternative). This also helps if the raspberries arn't overly sweet.
Incredible for a rough .75pts, or throw in an extra 50g raspberries to get your full 1 point!
I think I'm in heaven - I struggle to feel 'satisfied' without a dessert after dessert, but this is a very guilt-less way of doing it!
