Fingers crossed I'm moving not a million miles from there soon. We are off to Eastbourne! Please everyone keep all fingers toes arms legs and anything else crossed for me. I placed an offer on a house yesterday and got an offer on mine but refused and said we wanted a little bit more ;0) cheeky but that's the name of the game!

Not been extremely successful with dieting this weekend. Did get myself out for a run this morning though!!! Full week of exercise planned this week though as week after is jam packed and birthday! X
 
Yes mine is 26th. Not much but work work work going on. Did metafit last night legs are killing. I'm enjoying my nutribullet. Concoctions can sometimes look awful and sound awful but taste good :) kale blackcurrants Apple lemon celery Tabasco water :)
 
Hooray bday time - hubby's is next week too. Will have to restrain ourselves in the celebrations...or not;)

Ooh no I'm sure I go off the rails for a couple of days next week. Just need to make sure I get back on them xxxx
 
Enjoy your week, in ever thought of adding Tabasco. My health store has flavoured nut butters, I sometimes add those to smoothies.
 
Ooh have got almond butter might try that x have to be mindful of calories though!!!
 
Oh wow how is she? It's been longer than 4yrs hasn't it?
Sorry I've been AWOL. I came back from holiday to find all the girls on my thread have been taking about things they shouldn't and one way or another have gone. All of them my little support network have gone to that place that I'm not!
Mega stressful. Issues with mum and a house move. Oh and a partial diagnosis. I have a neuropathy. My hands and feet are going numb. No idea how long it will take for them to get worse as no cure but hey ho it is what it is. It could take 50 yrs lol. Off to a specialist next mth for more tests to see if they can work out how bad I'm getting.
Anyway I'm in desperate need of a low carb buddy if anyone can help as all of my other threads have died due to the girls leaving. I really need kicking up the big fat ...... When I'm dieting or I can't stick to it lol.

You'll have to let me know when your next down Hun. Not sure where I'll be living but would be great to catch up xx

She is good Cheryl had a fab time. Sorry to hear your problems love. What do you mean they disappeared cos they were talking about things they shouldn't. Strictly speaking I'm not sure who is doing low carb on here now either just stick to out little group. I'm exercise and healthy eating :)
