I think mine is about the same. Makes me feel like I have to go!

Had awful nights sleep. Woke up with awful stomach ache at half two took me till half five to get back to sleep. Needless to say I feel as though I've been in a boxing ring this morning.

D chicken stir fry with szechuaun tomato sauce
Ex not sure I'll see what time I get in from work and how I feel x

Just downloaded some mindulfulness books (thanks Kat1e for the idea) as I seem to have 1 million Windows open in my brain at once and I need to shut them down sometimes xxx

D instant mash fish in butter sauce sugar snaps
Ex will go to gym later for run

I'm like that at night, can rarely just go to sleep - my mind is still whirring away...
 
Hi, I have also downloaded some mindfulness books to my kindle, another good type is NPL books, very informative.
 
Omg I've got no motivation tonight for gym. Am hungry too x
 
40 walk run. Abs and 70kg squats :) feel better for it x
