Virgin Mojito

Try this!
Last night I put about 2cm of boiling water onto a mint teabag, to make a super concentrated shot of mint tea. After it cooled down I put it in a big wine glass, and topped it up with sparkling water and ice. It was lovely! Felt like a proper nice drink, and the closest thing to a cocktail I'll be getting for the next few weeks!!! arty0036:
