Vitamins or supplement

    Hi restarted today last time after a few weeks my skin became really dry and itchy and I had hair loss quite bad anyone know if multivitamins or cod liver oil allowed on diet?

    Not sure but my CDC is coming today so will ask her for you.

    For my skin I keep it soft with firming creams, one is feels nice and it tighens the loose bits up too, I think hair loss is just part of the journey unfortunately.

    I could do with some vitamins so will def ask for you and post back later

    Hi Cooky,

    I have taken a codliver oil capsule every day for years and while I have been doing Cd too. Never made a scrap of difference to the weight loss or ketosis either. May have been lucky but I didn't have abnormal hair loss either. I take the supplement for back/joint problems - it seems to help.
