Hi @HondaGirl! I'm still plodding along. It's still half term so I've not had much time to log on... I've been using the food diary on fitday as it's much quicker.

Had a STS today, not deserved so a bit gutted. Although I have been swimming a few times this week and I know my weight hates leaving the 17 stone mark so, I dunno. Will carry on! How are you? I'll try to find sometime this evening to log on and catch up!
 
Yeeahh half term is over, back to posting on here. As I've said I've had to use fitday the past week as I just haven't had time to log on here. (and I can't be arsed to go back and repost the last 5 days)

I was in the supermarket yesterday and saw the Naked Noodle pots on offer. I remembered seeing them on your diary as being only 1 syn so I picked up a Singapore Noodles to try (Singapore Chow Mein was always my favourite from the Chinese). Think I'll have it for lunch today :)

Hurrah! after a 1lb loss over the last fortnight, lost 3lbs today giving me my 1½ stone award! yay! It's my birthday on Wednesday so I hope I don't blow it. I'm not giving my shiny back! :D Hopefully I'll be okay now I've got past the 17 stone mark - that weight always stalls me. Ugh.

I know I'm supposed to know the amount of flexi syns before I start but I think this is the same sort of thing, I knew I wanted pizza and profiteroles so had that and only that.
Quick look on the scales this morning and I've gained 2lbs. Was it worth it? Absobloodylutely.
