Aww Hun, there will always be things happening when you try to do something, life always throws a curve ball!
Don't panic! It's all a learning curve. You need to look at why you did what you did.
Write down the reasons why you want to do this, put fav quotes and pics to aid you when you feel down. Take a pic and put it on your phone for motivation!
I think Deezer has a great black and white statement that is worth reading..
Stock up with nice protein things that you like, coke zero is a sweet thing that doesn't seem to kick people out of ketosis, also someone has put a link in for a jelly you can make up just for you? Read up on what others have that help them over there weak moments,some have the wine mix in fizzy water for a treat others have a chicken shish without the bread for a special treat.
Some have an extra pack or keep the bars for emergency chocolate situations!
You have to be nice to yourself, it's a long journey that got you here and it's a concerted effort from you and no one else that will sort you out.
Brain has to be in the right frame of mind and then the body will follow!
Some people have momentary lapses and then move on quickly.
That's a change in attitude that they have instead of the usual " oh we'll I've done it now so that's today ruined so I will continue to binge" it takes time to get into that frame of mind and time to get out of it!
You must do this for you and you alone, you owe it to yourself, you have paid good money for this and you deserve to give YOURSELF the best chance at it!
