Water Retention???

Hi just wondered if anyone could help.

The day I started CD, my period started that night. (I hadnt had one for 9 weeks!!!). Now im drinking lots of water, and I am peeing more..... but my fingers seem quite swollen, wedding rings feel tight etc.... Do you think I could be retaining water due to my period??? Will this hold back my weight loss???

i bought that last period cos i felt so bloated and it has helped xxx

I'm sure that within a few days of CD you will lose any excess water and start losing those pounds. Good luck
