Aw thanks so much, yea I really want to get down to a healthy BMI, being a student nurse and advising people about being healthy and having a healthy diet I feel quite the hypocrite haha!! So thats my goal :) xxx

Aw thanks so much, yea I am so much happier, still got a long way to go but I will get there :) No I dont have any baggy skin at all, tbh I am a total wateraholic so I think thats helped and I moisturise every day, I do have some stretch marks on the tops of my thighs but hey ho ... they are my battle scars haha xxx

That's so good! Does water help with baggy skin then? I have baggy skin from pregnancy so trying to do as much exercise as I can to reduce it but it's not going very fast!

Water keeps your skin hydrated therefore helping maintaining its elasticity, so theoretically it helps with skin and cellulite :) keep at it, it will go, alternate ab crunches and the plank are amazing for strengthening up the tummy ... Keep going xxx

I normally try drinking at least 2 litres a day, your coffee and tea all count towards water! I drink strawberry and mango or raspberry tea instead of normal too just so I don't waste points on having to add milk xxx

I must get nearly 2 litres then, I have those big Disney mugs for my tea and they hold a fair bit! I do simply filling so I don't have to point milk! I wish I could drink favoured tea, it really appeals to me but I really hate it!
