Wow you look like a different person..well done, you look amazing and so don't look like you need to still lose 4 and a half stone!
U must b so much happier! Have u got much baggy skin? Ur waist is so slim!
xxweemzxx said:Aw thanks so much, yea I really want to get down to a healthy BMI, being a student nurse and advising people about being healthy and having a healthy diet I feel quite the hypocrite haha!! So thats my goalxxx
xxweemzxx said:Aw thanks so much, yea I am so much happier, still got a long way to go but I will get thereNo I dont have any baggy skin at all, tbh I am a total wateraholic so I think thats helped and I moisturise every day, I do have some stretch marks on the tops of my thighs but hey ho ... they are my battle scars haha xxx
I see what you mean..how long have you been studying for? Do you have a diary? I'll follow of you do :0)
That's so good! Does water help with baggy skin then? I have baggy skin from pregnancy so trying to do as much exercise as I can to reduce it but it's not going very fast!
xxweemzxx said:Water keeps your skin hydrated therefore helping maintaining its elasticity, so theoretically it helps with skin and cellulitekeep at it, it will go, alternate ab crunches and the plank are amazing for strengthening up the tummy ... Keep going xxx

I normally try drinking at least 2 litres a day, your coffee and tea all count towards water! I drink strawberry and mango or raspberry tea instead of normal too just so I don't waste points on having to add milk xxxI do need to drink more water tho, I only have 1litre plus tea/coffee/diet coke etc
