Morning everyone

Sorry, didn't manage to get on yesterday. Hope everyone is well, you all sound very chirpy today. I am on my first litre and am back on SS after my AAMW (sooo missing my cottage cheese!).

Tara - sorry to hear about your tooth, hope it gets sorted, it's the most horrible thing to have!

I am really positive its gonna be a good day today started ss monday teatime already in ketosis and have lost 5lbs.
Drank 5 ltrs yesterday will try to match it again today.

Am so not looking forward to going already starting to feel really sick over going!!! and still got 5 hrs till i have to sit in that dreaded chair!!

Any way on a brighter note am going for a swim at lunchtime i am going to start going a couple of times a wk starting today to try and help tone up a bit only going to be gentle to start with and slowly over time build up the amount of lenths i do, am going to have my 1st tetra now and have started 2nd ltr of water and have had 1 coffee
 
aww... thanks for all the Birthday wishes everyone.

Have just spent the last hour unpacking my Virgin Vie Christmas Kit... OMG, I now have 17 new pieces of jewellery and loads of new make up to play with!! Have changed my necklace 4 times in the last 10 mins!! The stuff is gorgeous and I always try to wear it as it helps me get orders and party bookings.

Sorry to hear about the tooth. I hate the dentist too. Enjoy your swim though and hope it takes your mind of the dentist for a bit.
 
Oh Sam... I used to be a Virgin Vie Consultant and you've just reminded me how much I used to love receiving parcels of new goodies... :)

They were just launching the jewellery when I stopped doing it so I didn't have any...

Hope you have a busy Christmas with lots of parties and loads of lovely commission.. :)
 
Hi Guys

Sorry I haven't posted for a while -still been CD'ing just not letting it take over my life like it was for awhile.

Had a hilarious day today so far (well looking back - perhaps not at the time).

Got up late, hubby and I are on holiday from work so decided to go to the gym... grabbed the bags walked out the door, forgot the car keys. AAAAARRRGGGHHH - Locked out! Only person who has a spare key is my Mum - she's on holiday with my son!!! So we tried to break in and ended up shattering the kitchen window on the strain we were putting the window under!!!! :cry:

Double-glazing, so then had to break the other pane to get in. Needless to say we tidied it up, sourced a glazier through the net and then headed off to the gym! I've done 40 mins in the gym and had two 750ml bottles of water and one tetra! Am very behind - all because I got up late!

What a day so far! - Oh and Happy Birthday Sam!
 
Just back from the pub! Had a lovely chicken salad for lunch and am on 3rd litre of water now. Have had some lovely pressies and cant wait to go and spend all my birthday money on lovely clothes.

What made you give up the VV Hannah? I absolutely love doing it - although I usually end up spending most of my commission on goodies for myself lol

Nicky, just wanted to say again how lovely you are looking in your new avatar. Your hair and skin look lovely and you can see even from your face that you must be really slim now. And the colour of your top really suits you. Dunno about you but I have spent most of my fat years in black and its lovely to start wearing colour again as the pounds are dropping off.

And (i'm terrible at names) i think it was Nicky who's going to the dentist apologies if i get the wrong name but i hope it goes well, i hate the dentist too, infact i've still got £50 paid treatment at my dentist from 18months ago that i've never gone back to have done and now my tooth that needs a filling is REALLY sore so i can empathise with how you're feeling so big hugs xxx

Well bin a lazy moo today and not been up long had a niggly headache when i woke up this morning so took some painkillers and tried to sleep it off so i've had my tetra and 2 litres of water so far the sun is shining and i think it's going to be a lovely rest of day!!!
 
SAM - You certainly sound like you're enjoying your birthday - hope the suns out for you where you are - it's glorious here.. can't wait to go home and fling open the back door...

Doing VV just became too much and to be honest I did it on top of a full-time job (which initially was in London and I commuted from Kent) but then I got a local job. I tended to concentrate on bridal make-overs which I loved but I just became so busy throughout the whole year as civil ceremonies became more and more popular and I found I hardly had a free weekend and evenings were busy doing make-up trials... It was good money but on top of a full-time job I just found I had no "me" time.. I still use loads of their products and absolutely love "One-Step".

Back to CD'ing - have been a bit slow with water this afternoon - think I've only done 2L. Have been in the warehouse for most of the afternoon doing a stock-take... what joy..!!

Thanks for the big hugs nina with regards to the dentists.

I can safely say that my fear of the dentist started 11yrs ago had a bad time when a wisdom tooth was being removed i used some strong language in that room that day :eek:,which then resulted in me not seeing a dentist for about 4yrs and only found a totally diffrent dentist when had a v nasty abcess erupted in my mouth so bad that i couldnt even open my mouth:eek: but before the truma of the wisdom tooth i had never had a problem with going to the dentist.
The dental practice i am with now is fab and really try best to help me:), but dont think the fear will ever go now, any how todays offending tooth with the now missing cap is not saveable :eek: so have got to go back in a couple of wks time to have it removed:cry:.

As for cd had an ok day so far, had 1 tetra had a small chicken salad about 2ish as wasnt sure if i would beable to eat after the dentist and nearly finished 3ltrs:tear_drop:

Just got back from another busy day at work - i'm exhausted! Only managed 2 litres at work as i was in meetings most of the afternoon. Will try another litre during the evening.

Had one tetra so far, so one meal, tetra and bar to go - yippeee - good thing too as I'm so bloody hungry at the moment!:mad:

Weigh in at 9am tomorrow - fingers crossed! Haven't been for 2 weeks as my trip to Turkey co-incided with my last weigh in. Hoping for at least 5lbs loss in the last 2 weeks.

Will try to personally reply to a few later but going to have a nice cup of earl gray now

Oh my gosh, I am so into SSing at the moment I really can't believe it.

You must understand that I have struggled so badly since last October to get back on the wagon and it has resulted in a 4 stone gain (out of 6 stone lost). I actually don't believe that this is going to last and I am trying to enjoy every minute of it whilst it lasts.

Will prob wake up at the weekend and wanna stuff my face!

Today I have had a bar, a shake and 3 litres of water. Gotta have another shake and really don't want it (but I know I gotta get the vits).
 
I tried my first frozen chocolate tetra today, how yummy are they! Only thing is it added to the totally freezing feeling ive had since starting CD, next time i'll put a jumper on while eating it! xx

Sarah M i agree froz choc tetra is scrummy and they take forever to eat so it's win win hehe :)
