1lb off for me this week - 1lb til target (well I might adjust the target not sure yet!).
for everyone that is a bit disheartened because they are not losing as much as they hoped/STS/put on - DON'T give up
keep to the plan, drink lots of water, eat lots of superfree foods and like textyf says write it all down and get moving - it will come off and you can do it!
(actually I should be taking my own advice as I think I am becoming a bit complacent too )
have good weekends and even if you go off track don't let one bad snack/meal/drink put you off your goal.
