Wednesday Weighers

1lb off for me this week - 1lb til target (well I might adjust the target not sure yet!).

for everyone that is a bit disheartened because they are not losing as much as they hoped/STS/put on - DON'T give up :)

keep to the plan, drink lots of water, eat lots of superfree foods and like textyf says write it all down and get moving - it will come off and you can do it!

(actually I should be taking my own advice as I think I am becoming a bit complacent too :eek: )

have good weekends and even if you go off track don't let one bad snack/meal/drink put you off your goal.

That's my aim this week: more superspeed/speed foods and loads more water!! So far so good
 
Hey folks weighed in on Tuesday and had a 2lb gain unfortunately...this was due to home baking. Back on track niw and over in the UK so couldn't get on the net. Back on Sunday to update things!
 
Sculls do you write everything down??? I didnt until 2 weeks ago and its been a godsend to me i lost 3.5 last week and 2 this week. I sometimes think we become a little complacent and think oh i know the plan inside out i know the syn value etc etc and we slip a little. Maybe try for a week just writing everything down before it even passes your lips x

Well to be fair when I am on plan I do. When I am struggling I don't! Ironic eh! I am pretty good at writing it down but then I maybe make some assumptions and write after I have eaten! Thanks Hun will be more aware of this now and sort it out ;) making a big winter veg soup today and am exercising so hopefully this week will be better x
 
No probs hun - it really has made a difference for me the last 2 weeks, I (think) I know the plan inside out, but maybe ive not been as "strict" as I should be, having an odd cup of tea and not counting the sugar etc, it makes a difference over a week.

Well this weekend I have been baking a chocolate cake for my staff at work. The cake is chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream filling and milk chocolate topping with chocolate curls to decorate

How on earth am I gonna resist eating this cake
No idea what the syns would be
