No secrets... i tend to be very driven when I set my mind to something.... i am very black and white where food is concerned - I rarely go off plan and usually stick to Red days....
Always have a treat following wi - used to be a chinese within syns - beef in black bean or chow mein, but now I have actifried chips with either egg and beans or a couple of homemade fishcake and peas - plus my hexb wholemeal bread and oodles of pickles.... then follow this up with my weekly chocolate splurge of a kit kat chunky... But then Thursday totally back on plan. I also exercise quite a bit- started with aqua fit so i could hide in the water - but now there is no stopping me - zumba, bokwa, body combat, body pump, pilates, total body workout - have also just entered race for life 5km race so trying to build in jogging i am no runner but i have managed to bring my time down from 43mins to 38... hoping for around 32mins by July....
