Wednesday Weighers

I get weighed on a wedsnesday can i join here please x
 
I'm hoping for a decent loss - been 100% on plan all week. Had 78 syns, been to gym every day for an hr & done 3 x 1hr power walks so know if I get a small loss, I can't have done anymore.

Is it me or do those blooming scales just refuse to budge before Wednesday weigh in. Ive been really good all week apart from a fish in batter on Saturday which I sinned and nuttin has moved. Not very hopeful for tomorrow but I lost a good bit last week so maybe thats why. Does your world now revolve around Wednesdays or does it just seem like it lol xxx

I know exactly what you mean - if the scales don't move the first couple of days after weigh in then it seems they won't move at all! I lost four last week and was hoping for a loss this week too but not looking very likely even though been 100% all week - humph!
 
Skinny minx- what's your tips? Your chart and history looks amazing!!!!

No secrets... i tend to be very driven when I set my mind to something.... i am very black and white where food is concerned - I rarely go off plan and usually stick to Red days....
Always have a treat following wi - used to be a chinese within syns - beef in black bean or chow mein, but now I have actifried chips with either egg and beans or a couple of homemade fishcake and peas - plus my hexb wholemeal bread and oodles of pickles.... then follow this up with my weekly chocolate splurge of a kit kat chunky... But then Thursday totally back on plan. I also exercise quite a bit- started with aqua fit so i could hide in the water - but now there is no stopping me - zumba, bokwa, body combat, body pump, pilates, total body workout - have also just entered race for life 5km race so trying to build in jogging i am no runner but i have managed to bring my time down from 43mins to 38... hoping for around 32mins by July....:D

I have been doing stacks if exercise too, Ive been doing 30 day shred for about 6 weeks now (just ordered new DVD!) and have started running, I've also entered race for life, my first ever race!

It's my diet- I need more willpower, but I'm hoping I've found it now!!!! I find with my 'treat' after weigh in it rolls on and on, so I'm stopping that!!!

Tomorrow will tell, still want to lose 7lb in march!

1.5 off for me this week. Was so chuffed as didn't have the best of weeks last week. Going to go for a really good week this week.

I have had all my hex a and b's, I haven't over synned, and I've exercised. Dear Body, please get with the program, your slighy fed up Self *lol*

Dreading tonight. Had four solid days of socialising and hardly any exercise. My scales tell me I've put two on. Will see what SW says!

Ahem, well for once I knew nothing about this but... Apparently I'm the Biggest Loser in town ;) well Greatest Loser really, it was a complete shock! And to think my migraine nearly kept me in bed :( still feel like poo. But I have another sash, certificate and paperweight to my Miss Slinky collection :)

1/2 off for me today. X
