1 lb lost and bang on 9 stone loss, again. I think 9 stone is going to be my end point. I cant see any purpose to losing more weight. I already look thin. Because of shoulder and knee problems i have been losing weight without exercise, meaning that i have a lot less muscle than i am used to. If only i could get back into my kettlebells!

7 Stone loss is awesome. Sounds like your doing the right stuff just keep it going till you get where you want to be. Mine has been lost by following plan to the letter and a mixture of running/boxing.
