WEEK 1... 9LBS

Well, it's seemed like a long week, probably because I usually spend so much of it preparing and eating food but I am pleased to have lost 9lbs. I was really looking forward to the flapjacks but the chemist had run out, a woman had been in before me and taken 14, the chemist doesn't hold a big stock as they go out of date quickly! better luck next week. I feel a difference in my clothes even though I have a lot to lose. :banana dancer:
