Week 1 - Finished PHWEEEW!!

So I weighed in yesterday and have lost 12.5lbs in week one!
I'm very happy, but i know what people mean about it being hard...
I never noticed how many times I was offered unhealthy food before (Kebabs, chinese, McDonald's etc) I later realised that this was how often I ate these foods and know now that its not good!!! :S,
and I even did two shifts as a delivery driver for an Indian resutrant (with the option of a free meal each time) and didnt eat!

I just want to thank everyone for their support in the first week!!!

That's brilliant, I thought I had done well but some of the figures for week 1 weigh in are amazing! My first weigh in today I've done 10lb.

It's really spurred me on to keep going with it, and now I feel I can start doing exercise to now I've got some energy back (or maybe that's the coffee I've started adding to my shakes!!!).

A long way to go but super motivated...:)

Great one Daroowe - you've shown you have the willpower and your body is happy with the diet. Good luck with next week. :)

Now, more importantly, does you takeaway delivery route pass through Birmingham at all? I haven't had a curry this year . . . yet. :p
