week 2 day 3..

just wondered how everyone else felt on there second week

it is TOTM for me but i feel so down and tierd all the time, abit more than usual.

every bit of food that is cooked in my householdi crave, even if i dont like it.

i have a shake about 10am, my second about 2pm my tea at 6pm (i always have chicken, broccolli and cauliflower) and my third shake at 6:45pm

i drink lots of water throughout the day. maybe over what i should some days.

i go to the toilet for a number 1 often and number 2 (sorry :eek: ) every other day.

how do i know if im still in ketosis or not?

Have you got any ketostix, I think you can get them cheaply from ebay. Thats the only way you will know for definite. You can still have fab losses without being in ketosis though.

ive read that ketosis passes after awek or so. i wonderhowtrue it is!
