so this wk ive only lost 1 and 1/4 lb:cry:. After the 1st wk loss of 10lbs im reali disappointed... but in the last wk ive had two relapses which have took me out of keto so i guess im payin the price.... on a positive not, ive lost more inches off my bust, hips and waist so i guess it kinda balances :sigh:

it is gutting when that happens, but then you know why. And like you said, youve shrunk! Just keep going. Its the easiest thing in the world to think oh s*d it I've messed up now I may as well give up, but you arent that far from goal. You can totally manage it if you can get your head around the fact that some weeks you might not lose that much. Others, you will :)

Please don't be down on the weight loss, back up your weight loss by taking your measurements. As you may not lose a lot of weight on the scales, but the tape measure will tell a different story.

In 8 weeks (taken every 2 weeks) I lost 6 inches round my waist alone and you could have too, but you won't know if you don't take your measurements as well.
