Wednesday 23rd Feb
Breakfast:
Mullerlight and 2 satsumas
Lunch:
SW egg fried rice(frylite) with onions, mushrooms peas and sweetcorn
Tea:
quorn sausage bean chilli with pasta
Snacks:
1tbsp nutella on wholemeal nimble toast
apple
HeB:
1 Slices of nimble wholemeal bread
HeA:
250ml Skimmed milk
Syns:
1 tbsp Nutella - 4 syns
sw ferrero roches 4.5 syns
 
Thursday 24th Feb
Breakfast:
plum tomatoes on 2 slices brown bread
Lunch:
Quorn sausage and bean chilli with pasta
Tea:
roe, SW roast seasoned potatoes mushy peas and lots of veg
Snacks:
2 satsumas, apple
HeB:
2 Slices of nimble wholemeal bread
HeA:
250ml Skimmed milk
Syns:
choc - 1.5 syns

plum tomatoes, mushrooms, boiled eggs 1 slice brown bread (HeB)
Lunch:
pasta, onion gravy and vegetables
Tea:
roast potatoes (frylite) and vegetable bean chilli and cheese
Snacks:
fruit -

HeB:
1 Slices of nimble wholemeal bread
HeA:
3 light babybels

vodka x 6 = 15

spicy vegetable cous cous
Tea:
Asda egg and ham salad
Snacks:
fruit - grapefruit

350ml skimmed milk

vodka x 4 = 10syns - oops 4 turned into about 44!? lost count how many i drank :/

lean steak, SW chips and onions mushrooms and peas

fruit - grapefruit, melon, lemon, satsumas

Monday 28th Feb

had to grab cold mushroom and lean bacon quiche as got up late
Lunch:
cheese triangle and cucumber n tomatoe sandwich with side salad
Tea:
diet coke chicken(mushroom n onion) and rice
Snacks:
mullerlight
satsuma
light babybel
HeB:
3 slices of malted danish ww bread
HeA:
3 light light laughing cow triangles
