Week 4 WI

    Week 4 WI- another 4lbs of fat gone :)
    Not a huge loss like some of you manage but a reasonable one and more than last week for me :)
    At 4lbs per week I'll reach my target by mid November :)
    Can't weigh in for another 2.5 weeks now as CDC and I have holidays :(
    Determined to still CD while away camping but might ss+ it so I can handle putting up and taking down the trailer tent! lol :)
    Will be very happy if I'm another 10lbs lighter when I see her next :D

    i did ss when we last went camping and was fine putting tent up and down. have a great time hun.xx

    Did you blow the campsite electrics with a hand blender? lol
    Am worried I might and I want them smooth with no lumps and as I have them hot I can't use a shaker :(

    i mixed them into a paste with cold water first then slowly added more water.

    Will try my blender and see what happens. If it blows the fuse then I'll try it your way. Thanks for your help :)

    Well done and the 4lbs and at least you will know next time you see your CDC you will be in the 13's! x

    4lbs is great - I hope i lose 4lb a week from now on, that would be just fine by me - WELL DONE :)
