Week 5 WI

    Hi Guys 'n' Gals - hope we are all well and having a good weekend :)

    Week 5 WI for me today and have just finished AAM week which I was really nervous about BUT I LOST 3lbs !!! :D

    soooo pleased...another little pound off this coming week will take me into the 14s !!! it's been a couple of years since I've been there - YAY !!!

    thanx Roch....but it's taken me 5weeks !!

    my first 19lbs covers Weeks 1 to 4 but 22lbs in 5weeks is way better than anything I've ever lost before so I'm pleased :)
