lost 9lbs been though I had three ws days and totm arrived. So I'm thrilled I'm going out on Saturday to an engagement party and hoping to be 9 stone by then.
Do u think 4lbs is possible in 5 days of ws?

Hi well done it is possible, but also due to period sometimes body holds on to fluid x

Yea my bc stopped it and every time I start exante it comes lol annoying
