Hi I am still lurking and trying to get to grips with the pro points !!! I have got the ww kitchen scales and they are fab but I find it shocking how many points I was eating before oops. I have joined online and have got my first class on wednesday so I will just lurk here and get to grips with the diet then join you ladies for a challenge in August, my main challange is to be in that little party dress by xmas I usually leave it to the month before then pull out of the work xmas party because i have nothing nice to wear so this year things will be different. I looked around the boards on the ww site but they are a bit dull so I will spend more time here i think xxxx

Guys, stupid question that I think I know the answer to....

I pointed 2 boxes of micro chips from the NI on the back (lazy day today, and I forgot to have a.lunch break today which is why I'm having two boxes) . They came up as 8pp for the two (I doubled the values, didn't just do the pp for one and double in case of multiples) . However, in the purple pocket guide from group it says one box is 6pp.
You'd go with the amount the calculator said, right? Coz they get the book wrong all the time... I mean the info is the info is the info, the book is just a guide. Should I point them as 8 or 12?
 
Anj, i usually go by the calculator (safer option) little purple guide thing is just an estimate lol well i say it is anyways.

Hi all well done on ur losses you are all fab could I move weigh in day to a Wednesday as I have joined a class last week as doing it on my own wasn't working I need someone to weigh me as I could to easily cheat myself I need someone to be accountable too

Weighed myself....I'm down 1lb :)

I've come to a stand still but a lb is a lb :D

Not reaching my monthly target though :(

Vix - There is low medium or high, depends on how quickly u began to sweat, if u could talk/ sing etc...

I would say walking is low to medium but if u worked really hard I would on Zumba probs high... For ur weight it's 5AP for 1hr of medium intensity and 13AP for high intensity. Well done on ur loss!! X
 
0.5lb gain for me this week - thats what you get when you don't track properly!!
