Lost another 5lbs this week - might be on the short side, but I'm feeling tall right now. Getting up and scraping the ice of my car windows this morning at stupid o'clock to go to Aquafit now seems much more worth it!!!

I know its not as much as others lose but I'm really pleased and have joined a new gym as a pressie to myself for my first whole stone off!
