As people seem to be a bit down I thought I'd start a bit of a light hearted thread.
So... Does anyone have any silly rituals they always do on weigh in night?
I always stop drinking from about 2pm in the afternoon...... as I then figure that by weigh in time it'll help me lose more!! In reality I just get a headache!!
My flatmate goes to weigh in, comes home and eats the biggest chinese in the world, yet she still loses every week. I only have to sniff a prawn cracker and I put on a stone!!
How about everyone else?
