Weigh in rituals

As people seem to be a bit down I thought I'd start a bit of a light hearted thread.

So... Does anyone have any silly rituals they always do on weigh in night?

I always stop drinking from about 2pm in the afternoon...... as I then figure that by weigh in time it'll help me lose more!! In reality I just get a headache!!

My flatmate goes to weigh in, comes home and eats the biggest chinese in the world, yet she still loses every week. I only have to sniff a prawn cracker and I put on a stone!! :mad:

I always have my pre weigh in poo, even if i got to sit on the toilet for an hour before ill get some thing out (sorry to be so grapic guys ;))

I don't eat or drink right before WI, I WI at 7pm, but drink my normal water throughout the day and eat lighter on WI day which I am sure makes no diff whatsoever. LOL

Then have an alpen light at the meeting and then have a normal dinner after WI. I don't go nuts afterwards because I don't get in until 8:30 on a thursday night. So I have a nice dinner on Friday night with my husband that I don't count and it still seems to work

I do a red day on weigh in day, although my lunches are nearly always neutral every day. I don't eat dinner until afterwards sometimes as well and I drink more water in a vain effort to flush everything out!

Oh and I wear the exact same clothes each week and they are light clothes.
