Hi guys,
I've just had my weekly weigh in and have put 3lb on.
I have'nt done anything different but I am due my period. Can it really make that much difference?
On the plus side I have taken my measurements tonight after 4 weeks and have lost 1.5 " from my upper arm, 2" from my waist and 1" off my hips, though I know my waist was slimmer yesterday, so think I have water retention due to period.
Not gonna let it get me down though. :fingerscrossed:
