I have been doing 810 and in 6 weeks have lost 32lb so well over a stone a month. And 810 is more food and more calories than SS+. I think it is easy to want to do the lowest calorie plan to get the best weight losses possible, but in the long term the higher plans can sometimes be easier to stick to and make socialising much easier (I don't have to come off plan at all to eat socially, whereas on SS any eating at all involves coming off plan, and then getting back on plan can be difficult). And if the weight loss difference is negligible then is it worth depriving yourself so much?
