Weight Watchering Slim Fast

    Hi All,

    First week down and despite the massive slip up i had the weekend, I still managed to lose 2lb - woo who. I am so pleased!! and so proud of myself!!

    I just wanted to ask a quick question:-

    This week I have been using my fitness pal, and it has been going really well but a friend suggested I still followed Slim Fast, but pointed them through weight watchers and follow the weight watchers plan but replace breakfast and lunch with a slim fast shake?

    Not sure how effective this will be?? :confused:

    What do you think?? xxx

    Slim fast & WW
    I do both! & this week I've lost 4lb! The tescos ultra slim shakes (tubs) work out 3pp mixed with water & 5pp mixed with skimmed milk. I make mine with water so I save 4pp a day & use them on snacks. X
