Yeah, I emailed them yesterday when I realised how long it had been..!!! I checked and the money hasnt gone out of my account, so I guess the forms been "misplaced" or something. Worrying, since it has my bank details on it... :|
I'll stick to the group for buying things in future, it's easier!!

I would phone the hotline and give the order directly, rather than send it by other means. That way, you know a person has taken the order and that they have processed it there and then :)
