Has anyone ordered anything from the online store?

I just had a nosy at the T&C and it says delivery can take up to 28 days! Hoping that is just to cover their back and that it doesnt actually take that long!

I've ordered from the magazine before and it can take quite some time - think it was a week or two before i rec'd mine!

I ordered via a fax form, back in February, and still aint received it...

Yeah, I emailed them yesterday when I realised how long it had been..!!! I checked and the money hasnt gone out of my account, so I guess the forms been "misplaced" or something. Worrying, since it has my bank details on it... :|
I'll stick to the group for buying things in future, it's easier!!

Oh no, that is really worrying! Did you get a fax confirmation to make sure it went through?

Wondering what the best way to do it is! I cant believe that in this day in age they dont have a proper online store!

I would phone the hotline and give the order directly, rather than send it by other means. That way, you know a person has taken the order and that they have processed it there and then

I used the online shop a lot when I did WW - to fuel my fruitie addiction... things usually arrived within a few days
