Hi ladies
Hope u are all well.
So, i never have any side effects while on xenical as i stick to the rules and if i ever find myself without the tablets i still stick to the rules until i get them...
Well, went a little off that track this wkend!
Basically i left my tabs at work on sat, so instead of doin what i normally do I ate stuff i shouldn't, pringles, chocolate, muffin, crisps...and i feel really ill! Have the dreaded oil s/e and my tummy just feels awful! SO, dont think i will be doin that again in a hurry! lol I really dont know what came over me, its the first time ive done it and the LAST time lol
I have decided to carry on back with the rules today but start the tabs again tomorrow so that the bad stuff can get out my system.
Lesson well and truly learnt!
