After a sad 1lb last week - caused by"picking" I've lost 7lbs this week and feel very happy.

My brother's Golden Wedding coming up 21st March - aiming to have lost 52lbs in total - and shock my mini skinny sister-in-law!! (They don't know how much I have lost - haven't seen them since last year) Want to wear something really eye catching - scarlet perhaps - who cares if I'm 71 next week - don't feel it!!
