doing slimming world worked last time so sure it will this time x

personally i think any diet works if you follow the rules. i need a life style change not a diet really x and hopefully this will provide that x

interesting to read what others are doing and what works for them

My dog came from here or at least its cheshire site 6 years ago. it is so sad. The cheshire site is about a mile from here and all the dogs have been bought here. they have been busy all day and have had so many donations its heartwarming

I wonder if he really knew the damage he could cause, i would like to think not, it scares me that he could have set out to deliberatly kill the dogs

Allegedly the little **** did it because he was attacked by a dog somehow last year.

I bet he was the perfect little prince who did nothing to provoke it at all (!) even if it's true in the first place. What an absolute waste of skin!
