    morning all,
what a surprise this morning was.. 6lb ive had a really good week not strayed at all plenty of exercise and got a massive pat on the back this morning!! 6lb 6lb 6lb...
you know im not sure ware the weeks have gone, and sooo bloody happy i found this site!.. ive been bumming about in shorts for weeks now and got a right surprise when i decided with the "crappy weather" to dress like a adult yesterday and wear propper clothes.. and wow suddenly all the hard work came to light!.. the jeans i usually wear are hanging off me "litterally".. i said to the mrs hey you seen this and suddenly it dawned on me that today today today im a whole 2 stone lighter! wow.. ive not really talked about dieting and focused on the weekly lbs.. but 2 stone!!..
today is a very good day!.. thanx guys for all your support, im confident that withought your support i would have slipped in to old ways a wile back!!.. :)

That's great news well done. Are you going to tie your trousers up or buy a smaller pair?

I read recently that you should throw away your old clothes that don't fit! Moving onwards and downwards!
