Im on my AAMW so im having a milkshake in the morning and at about half 1 having a bit of turkey with some veg and thats prob about it just started the diet so dont want to put any weight on plus once im healthy there is many more xmas's to come so can do the blow out day then when im not over weight, im lucky its my AAMW but if it hadnt of been i would have just SS all the way through, if i can survive watching my fella eat a KFC next to me i can survive anything hehe
