Hi, i find myself at home hopefully for a few days as my Dad (I'm his carer) is very well at the moment:) & can manage for himself .. & I can catch up at home.

My plans for today - I've finished the ironing, last load of washing is in, i am just about to do battle with Jillian Michaels on my Day 3 of level one on the 30 day shred (she will win)! Then, i am out in the garden digging to help trim my waistline ..

Nothing today but did 2 hours ice skating yesterday so had to rest the legs today :)

a 30 minute spin class and body pump class :D walked it home too, so an extra 30 mins walking
