Total Solution What brand sweetner do you buy?

There seems to be a lot out there, and the two I have in the cupboard may be suspect
I have canderel tablets - but they're aspartame, and Splenda granules - thought this was ok but in tablet form? Looks like I'm out for two?
Would love to know what you're all buying.

I have to add sweetners to my shakes - I use some tablet ones I buy from Lidl, they are not over sweet (need 2 in a cuppa) and I have to put 4 in a shake but dont find they effect ketosis at all.

Thought the tablet form was allowed but not powder - but this may not be correct.

just check the packaging. If you use a lot of it, it'll need to be practically nil carbs. All powder sweetner is pretty much a no go.

I use tescos own tablet sweetner.
