What did you eat/do on the weeks you got best weight losses?

Hi there!

I go away on my hols in less than 2 weeks and am hoping to have one last really good weight loss before I go so I just wondered if anybody could share with me what type of things they ate and or did differently on the weeks when they had a weight loss boost???

Am hoping for a 4/5 pound loss x
 
FISH WEEK!!!!! theres a thread on here about it called my fishy week ,a lady called snuggles tried it first and many others now have and swear by it!!
 
Ya, I must admit the fishy week is good. I done it for 6 days and lost 3lb. Its basically just doing a red or EE day but exchanging meat for fish.
 
It is better to eat more protein as protein sends signals to your brain telling you that you are full. Fish is fantastic source of protein! Good luck!
