I have done exante before, up till recently actually but I wanted to take up more exercise but my weight loss has stalled. I'm just maintaining my weight but fitness is greatly improving. Thing is, I want to boost my weight loss again but I don't wanna stop my exercise.

I currently do the 30day shred daily and run 3x a week. I wi stop the.shred but don't wanna stop my running as I'm training for a 10k in September.

So, basically what I wanna know.is do u think starting exante again will halt my running training? X
 
I have recently bought a treadmill and have been running 3 times a week but I have taken it slow this week. In the past when I have done the CD and Exante I have just slowly started off exercise until my body has got used to such a small amount of calories.I also thought after doing losing on this running should be so much easier with that much less weight.
