well done everyone!! I walked to and from and around town from 1230 til 1845. Atkins gives me alot more stamina that Ive had before :)
 
Yoga for me today, my double buggy has a puncture so no walking for me - I feel like my leg has been cut off - Im totally house bound:mad:.
