What exercise (if any) do you do alongside Xenical?

Up here I got 12 months, in my area its called Live Active, and you get reduced rates for the gym, swimming and all fitness classes. A trip to the gym costs me £1.70 Of course my year ends on the 5th of May, but I'm going to my friend's gym to see them about membership

what would you class as moderate exercise?

My practice does not offer any thing similar.. maybe its regional.

My Drs Surgery has it's own gym, I go twice a week and it costs me £1.50. I also use the exercise bike and go swimming a couple of times a week.

i just went back to the gym yesterday 2 hours of cardio yesterday in total with my wii lol.. plus 5 mile walk im gunna keep it up x
